Our production makes use of technological advances, and great emphasis is placed on product quality. As a result, Fiskkaup’s products are sought after in the very demanding seafood marketplace. Quality control in the company is robust, with samples of raw materials and products being taken frequently during the day and monitoring of the handling process from the moment the fish is caught to the time when it is received by the customer. Internal food safety management procedures compatible with the HACCP method are followed for processes and equipment.
